WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS I feel compelled to share a serious caution regarding this supermarket which I believe operates with deceptive and unethical business practices. I strongly advise against engaging with this supermarket in any capacity. During my visit, I encountered extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior—particularly at the bike rental section. I rented an E-bike for 2 hours at a significantly inflated price of 35 CHF, only to discover that the bike's battery had been deliberately deactivated by the individual in charge — an overweight man of Indian origin, whose conduct was not only rude and disrespectful but also blatantly discriminatory and fraudulent. As a result, I was forced to rely on manual pedaling throughout steep terrain, which severely impacted my journey and physical well-being. This was a clear case of sabotage, only realized after I had traveled far from the premises. When I attempted to raise the issue with the Turkish owner, his response was entirely dismissive, claiming no knowledge of the situation and offering no accountability. This reinforced my view that dishonesty runs deep within the management and staff. Given the severity of this experience, I will be taking legal steps and file an official fraud complaint with the Swiss tourism authorities through my attorney. I will be pursuing further legal action to ensure such unethical behavior is exposed and addressed. Bottom line: This supermarket completely demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and customer respect. Do not trust them at all.

We tried kimchi for the 1st time it's really different yet yummy ..you can try it with different combos. The spicy and sour taste just explodes in your mouth.. do try it !

Avoid this fraudulent supermarket at all costs. During my visit with my children to grab some snacks and drinks, I encountered blatant dishonesty at the cashier. Initially, he told me the total was 67 CHF, then awkwardly changed it to 59 CHF—already suspicious. I insisted he recalculate everything in front of me, item by item. The actual total? 43 CHF. He shamelessly tried to scam me out of 24 CHF, clearly assuming I wouldn’t question his fake math. This isn’t a mistake—it’s a deliberate attempt to rob customers. Disgraceful behavior. This place is nothing short of a scam operation. I’ve warned everyone in my group to stay away from this pathetic excuse of a supermarket during our stay in Interlaken. They don't deserve even a single star. Shame on them.
