Throughout all these years, our relationship with the property management company has always been very pleasant: any issues or problems were always resolved quickly and easily. We always felt well looked after and can absolutely recommend them.
I've had good experiences with the management of Immoholz AG, even though repairs occasionally took a little longer. The utility costs were always billed correctly according to the contract. I can't understand why some people give negative reviews regarding the utility costs and call it a rip-off. These costs can be checked and are contractually agreed upon.
