We had a very disappointing experience with this place. Unfortunately, due to extremely bad and unsafe weather conditions, our planned hiking trip had to be cancelled, and we couldn’t stay as intended. We informed the hosts about the situation, hoping for some understanding, but there was absolutely none. Despite the fact that we didn’t even spend a single night there, we were still charged cleaning fees — which makes no sense at all. A bit of empathy and flexibility would have gone a long way, especially considering the circumstances were completely beyond our control. Overall, very poor customer service and no compassion. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values fair treatment or understanding hosts.
For our hiking trip with a group of 12 friends, we booked this place for 2 nights. Unfortunately, due to snowfall, we had to cancel this trip last minute. Going out in these circumstances wouldn't have been safe. We contacted the owners to explain the situation, but they wouldn't show any form of empathy, and insisted we pay the full price. To make things worse, we were forced to pay a cleaning fee for a place we never stayed at.
Due to severe weather conditions, we were forced to cancel our trip for safety reasons. Unfortunately, this accommodation showed absolutely no understanding or flexibility. They insisted that the full amount remain at our expense, even though we cancelled 3–4 days in advance. What’s most upsetting is that we even had to pay cleaning fees — despite the fact that we never stayed there. Truly disappointing service and a complete lack of empathy or willingness to help.

All other mountain huts in the area understood the situation and canceled our reservations without issue — except this one. Despite the circumstances being completely out of our control, they refused to cancel or show any flexibility. No refund was provided and we were eve charged cleaning fees. It’s very frustrating when a place catering to hikers doesn’t take weather and safety seriously. We would have loved to stay under normal conditions, but this lack of understanding and poor customer service left a very bad impression. Definitely not recommended for anyone who values fair treatment and responsible management.

Disappointing experience with this company! I had booked a trip, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel. Unfortunately, the company refused to be flexible and stuck to their strict cancellation policies. No willingness to work with customers or show empathy. Definitely won't be booking with them again.
