A gem in Engelberg. It deserves more than 5 STARS⭐️. Very kind and welcoming staff. As our first experience of swiss cheese, they guided and supported us to choose what to buy and we were more than satisfied! A most visit when you are in Engelberg.

What a delight to find this amazing store full of delicious cheese, milk, eggs, wine and meats! We had the best fondue from here and the staff is so very helpful. A definite must when coming to town!

This delightful cheese shop is a true treasure for food lovers! Their selection of cheeses is outstanding, offering a wonderful variety to suit every palate. In addition to the incredible cheeses, they also stock an excellent array of local wines, spirits, and delicious snacks that perfectly complement the flavours. I was thrilled to find high-quality chocolates, jams, and other gourmet treats that make fantastic gifts, or you can enjoy them yourself. The shop has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, helping me pick the perfect combinations. They were very patient with me as I attempted to communicate in German (my choice), even though I did hear them speak English with other customers without issue. I can't recommend this shop enough for anyone who appreciates fine food and local specialties.

We stumbled upon this quaint Cheese shop/cafe on a day trip to Engelberg. Enjoyed Racklette at the bar with a view of the abbey. The nice lady explained how the candles heat the tray and even how hikers commonly take on treks as its easy. We also bought a dried fruit wrapped in dough snack. I highly recommend stopping here, prices are reasonable
