Good clothes but unhelpful sales associate. We purchased a jacket that went on sale 2 days later and they wouldn’t let us return it and take the discount and then talked about us afterwards.

We took the Bronze Edition of Skis (Three different levels offered - Gold, Silver and Bronze). We didn't expect too much since they are the lowest price category, however, they were really bad and in our opinion should not be offered for rental (no edges at all). It was not too much fun to use them. A ski with no edge at all should not be offered to anyone but absolute beginners. We would have appreciated if they had told us that the categories are not about quality or how many times they have already been used or. sthm like thst, but apparently only about level of skills.

I bought a jacket in an emergency, but unfortunately it's too big. After two hours, I asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size. They gave me a flimsy excuse: they said it couldn't be exchanged because it had apparently been worn. I didn't want to start an argument, but that's unacceptable service. I guess I'll just buy online or from a large retailer. What a shame. I will definitely advise against shopping at that store. It should be noted that the jacket was clean and had only been tried on once.
