I recently engaged the services of L&K for the installation of home automation in my apartment. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory, marked by various issues, particularly concerning the installation of the domotic system. To begin with, the problems arose when the installed home automation system failed to function as expected. Seeking a resolution, I requested a technician to assess the situation. However, I was surprised to find that a fee of 130 francs was levied for a brief visit, during which the technician admitted a lack of expertise in the Loxone system and assured me that he would discuss the matter with Mr. Lippuner, the proprietor. Adding to the disappointment was the initial cost of the installation, which already amounted to approximately 4000 francs. The core issue was the installation of a Loxone dimmer, priced at 800 francs, designed exclusively for Loxone lamps—a detail that was not adequately communicated during the consultation phase. Unfortunately, we do not own Loxone lamps, rendering the dimmer essentially useless for our needs. Moreover, I must highlight that the overall workmanship of L&K was notably approximate, as evidenced by the attached photo of one of the wall outlets installed. This lack of attention to detail further compounded my dissatisfaction with the services provided. Furthermore, Mr. Lippuner had promised to return within two weeks to rectify the situation by removing the incompatible dimmer. Regrettably, over two months have passed, and there has been no follow-up or communication from him. Frustrated by the delay, I sought the services of another electrician to address the issue. This alternative professional efficiently removed the incompatible dimmer and rectified the installation, providing a satisfactory resolution to the problem. In conclusion, my experience with L&K Electro has been marred by several setbacks, from a lack of technical knowledge to unforeseen costs, unfulfilled promises, a general lack of attention to detail in their work, and the need to seek external assistance for resolution. While the initial installation cost was substantial, the subsequent issues and the overall quality of workmanship have left me dissatisfied with the overall service provided by L&K. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the improvement of their services in the future.
