There is no customer service at this branch. And the manager is proud of it. Go to EKI or Post Finance if you want a bank that works for you rather than for itself. Post Raiffeisen comment- no need to talk to your staff as it’s the manager who offered no customer service, not the staff. He is already aware of the problem and has done nothing to help.

Visited to exchange Euros for Francs. The exchange machine at the Coop building across the street didn't seem to be working properly, so I used the machine inside this bank. Although it was fairly easy to understand, I was a bit lost, so an employee came over to help me.

The bank changed all account numbers without consulting me. Across Switzerland!!! Supposedly, the old and new account numbers are supposed to work simultaneously. But it doesn't. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The effort involved in re-entering account details stored in multiple locations is immense. I wonder if the bank might have a security problem that they're trying to solve this way. Trust through communication doesn't look like that.
