A beautiful train and cable car travel terminal near Grindelwald to reach Jungfraujoch. It has a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from, quite a few information and ticketing booths and kiosks, and is built in sleek architecture and is very well maintained.
Amazingly beautiful train terminal in Grindelwald, filled with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, plus very big and clean bathrooms. It even has cable cars to take you to Eigergletscher and Jungfraujoch. The location is also very scenic. A must-visit place.
The starting point to Jungfrau, taking Eiger Express is fast and amazing.
Amazing place But you need to go early to injoy
!!! Terrible service!!! As part of the X-challenge competition, where we have to get to interesting places with minimal budget and complete challenges, we asked the group to buy a lift ticket. We got the tickets, but because we didn't buy them with our own money, we weren't allowed to take the cable car. So the company charged two extra tickets, but we couldn't ride the cable car. The money was not refunded to anyone because we went through the turnstile and it was as if the ride was counted. But the lady didn't let us into the cabin. Terrible service!!!
