After-sales service... Last year, during the installation of the router, etc., in our motorhome, the passwords were changed but not communicated. With the sale of the motorhome, adjustments were necessary, requiring the access data. January 3, 2026: Written inquiry. January 13, 2026: Follow-up call. Rather dismissive. January 21, 2026: Another written inquiry, including interest in solar panel installation. A phone call was received within hours; they apologized that the reason was a change in email address. January 29, 2026: Another written inquiry regarding the status. February 9, 2026: Still nothing... Customer service includes not only new sales but also support when needed, especially when the issue is related to the new installation. A pity.
We brought our Fiat Ducato to have our RV control system upgraded. Excellent work and good value for money. Very friendly staff – we'd be happy to come back.
