I ordered two plants from you on behalf of my mother. My mother's words on the phone: "Absolutely fantastic, superbly packaged, arrived in perfect condition, and everything was just great. Could you please rate it as ?" Of course I will. If my mother is happy, then I am too. Thank you for your excellent work. I will definitely order more from you in the future.
The new pickup system is not recommended. There's still so much room for improvement!!! It's very environmentally friendly, but you have to go several times before you finally get the organic product you want.
Very easy to find, the satnav guides you to the ramp and the people are very friendly.
Delivery was problem-free, but be careful with products that have expiration dates. Items are being shipped that expire within the same month. When this is pointed out, the only response is: "The product can be stored without any concerns and reused next year." Why even have an expiration date then? No attempt was made to take the product back. They take customer concerns seriously. We have found a solution.
Two grapevines, a small mirabelle plum tree, and a mini kiwi arrived in a postal package at my doorstep 48 hours later. Excellent delivery. Thank you!
