Service was okay, but the bill felt like a rip-off. The electrician was on-site for 35 minutes, and the bill was 1.25 hours (85 minutes). Their argument was that the electrician needed 40 minutes to drive (but the vehicle was charged an additional CHF 28). The remaining 10 minutes were explained by ordering time and internet research. Thanks, but the next job will go to a different company.

The electrical installations in our apartment building were done by E. Kunz AG. All the outlets in our apartment are where they should be, so my expectations have been met. However, as soon as you go into the utility room, you see a huge mess of wiring which, in my opinion, could have been laid out more neatly. A cover over it wouldn't have hurt. We had this issue during the two-year warranty inspection, but it wasn't considered a defect. Now everyone can decide for themselves whether they want this kind of mess in their apartment or not.
