1. Initial contact Oct 19: Conclusion; unfortunately, we didn't reach an agreement. The quote was double the price of the competitors, that's how it started... And then the material costs were three times as high? How is that possible...? The response after my personal inquiry, "The insurance will pay, and I've already factored in a reserve..." was the final straw. ⚠️ Comparison pays off
