We had the amazing opportunity to stay at Gstaad Palace. A true legend in the European luxury industry. The hotel is just magical and you really feel like you entered your very own little fairytale. The rooms and public spaces are in best conditions and the spa offers a great space to relax. I had a treatment with the SPA team and never felt more relaxed. The variety of excellent restaurants offers something for every taste and gives you the chance to enjoy different cuisines. What makes this place truly special are the staff members. Everyone takes genuine care and you can feel the authentic hospitality each one of them lives. After just a short time you feel like coming home. The guest wellbeing is definitely the number one priority. It was my birthday and we didn’t even mention it but we got welcomed with birthday wishes and throughout just so much attention to detail. Thank you again for making our stay unforgettable!
It was our second visit to this simply wonderful hotel - and being a return guest made everything even better. The staff knew us, reception remembered our tastes and everybody tried even harder to make us comfortable. The Gstaad Palace makes you feel truly at home. We love it.
Visited the hotel during Christmas, the busiest time of the year. I’m extremely happy with the place, atmosphere, and specially the staff. They are genuinely friendly, and kind specially Bixente and Ian Salati. The staff will do anything in their power to satisfy the customer. Explain everything patiently and very understanding. Truly one of a kind hotel. I definitely be happy to come back.
The Palace is the most mythical hotel in Switzerland and we understood why ! It’s like a daydream as the arrival at the castle is a fairytale ! The staff is over kind and professional, the restaurants delicious , the view on the mountains from both sides beautiful , the spa is just WOW and even the ski rental team is amazing ! I truly love this place and deeply appreciate the team behind it. Le Grand has greatly enhanced the atmosphere and the cuisine. The service is consistently excellent, and they clearly uphold high standards at all times. The team genuinely strives to give their best—and let’s be honest, how many hotels can offer three restaurants, a lobby bar with live band performances, and an outstanding club? All of this is complemented by an engaging entertainment program and well-curated events throughout the year. With an on-site ski shop and wardrobe, elegant boutiques, and a hair salon, every detail is thoughtfully covered. That’s exactly why it’s called a Palace—always exciting! Thank you Gstaad Palace!
