Staff is not tourists friendly and they should understand when tourists buy souvenir they get their bread and butter .. stay humble to tourists.
Worst experience. Very rude staff! She screamed at my toddler for no reason. My toddler got horrified. Never visit her. I wish i could write more she was that negative as a person. May god heal her .
This store is very useful to all the clients and tourist that goes to Gstaad

Very nice staff
Yesterday I was passing through Gstaad, I bought some chocolates and a pack of dental gum from this place. While I was on the train I took out the chewing gum and saw that 5 were missing. But how disgusting, just the thought of someone else touching them disgusts me. What a shame! How is it possible that no one noticed? It seems to have been done on purpose because it was placed in front in such a way as to sell it.
