Terrible customer service. I called the main number and asked to speak to someone, but they were unavailable. I was assured someone would get back to me. I'm still waiting. I have to chase them every single time...
They're robbers. I'm very lucky. I just called to check, and they sent me an invoice for 500 francs. I called for two months and they didn't get back to me. Today I could barely reach them. They sent me a 500-franc invoice for 1.5 hours and a 100-franc overdraft fee for a 15-minute check.
