My experience with Rolf Reber Immobilien was disappointing. Communication was unclear, and I received vague answers when I asked for important details. I was also asked for personal information early on, without proper documentation or a clear rental process. There are no visible reviews or transparency online, which is unusual for a company claiming decades of experience. While I can’t say it’s a scam, it definitely didn’t feel professional or trustworthy. I strongly advise others to be cautious, ask for everything in writing, and avoid sending sensitive data without proper verification. Better agencies are out there.
Best realtor experience I have ever had. Everyone in the office is very friendly, helpful and result oriented. I rented an apartment from Rolf Reber for 2+ years and never had a single problem. When there were times that I needed an explanation or a clarification, I was provided all the details and the reasons. As said, 5/5 service. Thank you for everything!

Not recommended... After three weeks, I still haven't received a response. Emails aren't being answered. I wonder if anyone even works there... I'm glad I'm switching my management company.
