We moved out of our apartment in April 2024, which is managed by this company, and we still haven't been reimbursed for the overpayments we made. I've followed up by email, but still nothing. It's exhausting having to chase people to claim what's owed to us. Yet, Ms. Pellet and Mélanie informed us that a 30-day processing time was required for reimbursement; apparently, they're not using the same timeline as us.

Difficult communication and problems with the handover of the apartment. I only received the final utility bill a year after the end of the tenancy, after several inquiries. I am extremely glad that my business relationship with this management company is over.

We bought a house and Freiburgahus Immobilien acted as our agent. However, buying from a private individual wouldn't have been any more difficult. We had to handle almost everything ourselves. Emails were answered late or not at all, and we only received a binding purchase commitment after repeatedly asking for it. The company had little knowledge of the Canton of Fribourg's regulations governing the sale of houses. The house had been vacant for at least three months, yet they failed to issue two certificates required for the sale. The seller promised us the house would be handed over clean. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case either, even though there was plenty of time for that.

Please inform tenants in the building and neighboring buildings if extensive drilling work is being carried out for kitchen or bathroom renovations, as was previously common practice in Switzerland. Thank you!
