The biggest disappointment I've ever experienced. Emails aren't answered, you're on hold for 45 minutes on the phone, and after waiting a few minutes, they tell you to come in person. So, a 40-minute drive, and according to Google, they're open until 6:00 PM. But when I got there, I found the door locked at 5:01 PM. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional. If you want to annoy customers, that's exactly what you do.

It couldn't be more disrespectful, one of the employees grabbed my uncle by the arm and spoke to us cheekily as if we were animals, they lose customers so quickly because of such "good" employees, it's a shame, we only wanted to discuss a problem but because our German wasn't so good we weren't taken seriously.

Friendly, courteous service They didn't have my phone case, which I also wanted to replace, but they did have two places where I could try my luck. One of my customers, apparently an older, non-tech-savvy lady, quickly had the COVID-19 certificate installed on her phone. All-round service...
