Don’t go there!!!! If I could I would have given negative 5 ratings to this shop. Very very rude lady and stinks of racism as well, she was rude to me first and other as well which I ignored due to her age but then she had the audacity to tell a brown couple “to stay at home it’s our country our rule!!!” That moment I left the shop as she doesn’t deserve any business nor respect. it’s a very small shop yet overly priced shop, can’t even move around if someone is standing, and the cash counter is right infringed of main entrance means if someone already there, they’d be hit by door if you try to enter. Please don’t ruin your tour by going into this rude and racist lady’s shop. There are plenty of friendly businesses in the same lane to buy souvenirs.
Unbelievably rude person either running or ruining this business. Witnessed an elderly Asian couple get bullied out of the shop because they picked an item up to get a closer look at it. This awful lady comes up to them and asks them in an unfriendly manner if they need something. They reply in their limited English, “we are looking around” to which she sharply says “more like looking and touching!” Pointing her finger in their face and making them feel so uncomfortable. We decided not to buy anything there after seeing that. Maybe she just needs to hire someone friendly or retire because she’s burned out…regardless, there is no excuse for that kind of rude (potentially racist) behaviour. I’m guessing the super rude donut guy next door is a relative, lol
1 star given as no option to go any lower. The old shop owner is extremely rude, abrupt, angry and clearly hates children - screamed at mine for standing near some postcards!? They didn't understand what they had done. Don't give this place any of your time or money. The front of the shop is pretty but that's where it ends. No idea how she has a business. Avoid at all costs!!
Shop owner got extremely angry with my sister and called her "stupid" and "not normal" for taking a picture of 2CHF postcards which we were going to buy. We didn't know it wasn't allowed and stopped as soon as she told us to. We continued looking at the shop and then she chased away because of the previous "accident".
The unbelievablely rude and unpleasant old woman who runs this shop shouts at children and adults for no reason. Go in her shop and try to buy something or just stand in front of the shop and test how long it takes for her to shout at the top of her voice, but don't expose younger children to her. Would be interested to know if she hates all customers equally, or if she dislikes some kinds of people more than others. Vile.
The two ladies working there were extremely rude. Everything they said was demeaning and extremely hostile. It’s almost like they hate tourists. I know some tourists can be annoying but your business strives off tourism. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.
