Our meal was part of the half-board, so menu options were upgraded from those offered to the many tour groups seated amongst us. The service is very Germanic in that it's quick and punchy. The waiting staff were helpful and spoke a number of European languages. That said, our meal was one option per course and the main waiter struggled to get the translation of what we were getting accurate, but good enough. It wasn't a huge meal but nice enough, in quite a nice environment.

One of the worst places i’ve ever visited in my life. They do not deserve a Michelin star. 1. The fish we ordered for a child was EXPIRED. It was smelling like trash, as well as tasting. 2. When we asked to replace it with s child burger, the meat in burger was RAW. Raw meat for child!!!! 3. « Wok vegetables with sesame » turned out to be raw vegetables literally floating in oil, tasteless, no sesame at all, with burned pieces, looking like it was someone’s unfinished side dish. 4. The steak was a rubber.

So sad. This place used to be owned and operated by a lovely couple that poured their heart and soul into it and provided a magical experience. Since then it was apparently bought buy a large corporation who has sucked the soul out of it and ruined a once fantastic restaurant. The service was atrocious. We waited 2 hours for salads to arrive. Half the table got drinks immediately, the other half an hour later. Food came out hap hazardly and not as described on the menu. When it was bright to the waiter’s attention that the meal delivered was not at all as described in the menu he simply laughed and said, “the chef is in a mood tonight.” Multiple tables were sending their meals back. The place was sad and half empty. The efforts to cut corners and reduce costs were evident everywhere. All members of our party instantly felt sick after the meal. Just heartbreaking to see such a lovely restaurant ruined.

Only 4 reviews by the time we ate here. Completely disagreed with the two 1 star reviews complaining about service so thought Id chime in. Very happy with the experience. Breathtaking view, friendly and impressively multilingual staff who were highly knowledgeable of the menu and offered a great wine recommendation. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Everything we ordered today was soooo awesome! Delicious all the way from bread, starter, steak, pork chop and crème brûlée.
