It's good. Views amazing even when sitting down. Pleasant rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Only downside is a steep hill to climb every day to get into the village or railway station. So you're tired before you even set off. Tough in the heat. Much easier when cooler.
The apartment was great, there were four of us and everything was brand new. Just be aware that if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, you have to leave your car in the village below (I hesitate to write it...) and take a train to the hotel's location (a bit of a hassle, but everything was spectacular).
