We decided to visit the area for a ski vacation. We chose Wengen as our base and chose Annette & Luke's apt since it offered separate sleeping and dining areas plus ski in/ski out. From the start the communication from Annette and Luke was outstanding. They provided ample information on the area in their correspondence as well as links with discounts to local businesses for ski equipment rentals etc. Directions to the apt were outstanding and they provided a binder with more information once we checked in. The space was very clean, warm and bright. The bedroom and bedding was perfect for us. Another nice touch when first arriving was a small bag of nuts that were candied and spiced by Annette and Luke, there were also hand made knitted caps for purchase if you wanted them. Very nice welcoming feel to the place. Directions for checkout were very clear and again our hosts were in contact to ensure we had enjoyed our stay. I won't hesitate to contact Annette and Luke for our next trip to the area. Wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make sure accommodations they provide are indeed worthy of 5 stars!
A very nice, clean and cozy apartment at very convinient ski-in ski-out location. Everything work like a clockwork, Annette & Luke are excellent hosts. Our second stay and will be happy to stay again.

Annette and Luke are delightful hosts and extremely helpful! They are very honest about their accommodations and had everything I could have wished for when staying away from home! I’ve never stayed at any AirBNB that was as clean! Their area has amazing views and wonderful location to hike in!
Annette and Luke's place was perfectly situated for our adventures in the Bernese Oberland/Jungfrau region. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our excursions. Annette and Luke were very approachable and responsive to our questions about the area, providing great local tips and advice. It was obvious to us that they take great pride in their rental unit and truly want their guests to have a memorable experience.
Our stay was great! Annette and Luke were great hosts, friendly, and communication was very nice. We arrived late at night so we were a bit chilly from outside, but the room was heated and a very nice welcome. The room was very clean as well, and Annette hand-made a few cloths and beeswax paper which I had purchased. They also had everything ready for us in our itinerary before we arrived. They outlined activities in the area, how to get to the room which was detailed and easy to follow. Overall we had a wonderful time and if we get the chance to come to the Jungfrau area, we will definitely stay here again! The pictures are from road the house was located on, and on the train down to Lauterbrunnen.
