These guys are the best in Switzerland!! They have great bikes, maps to help you navigate the town and patient kind employees!! Pavel did a great job explaining the bikes to an e-bike newbie that hadn’t ridden a bike of any kind in several years. He had a great sense of humor and was very patient! 100 percent recommend this shop if you’re in Lauterbrunnen😀

My husband, parents and I had the best time renting bikes while visiting lauterbrunnen. I highly recommend renting. This place had great prices and forgive me if I spell names wrong, Paulo and Beta were wonderful in helping us. 5 stars for them!! They were the best in helping give ideas for where to ride and getting us equipped with the right bikes for what we wanted to do. Thank you!! I am so thankful for this day of memories biking with my family.

Awesome people! Special thanks to Andres who told us where to go. We went to Isenfluh thanks to him. It was away from tourists and the gondola ride was amazing! We ended up in an amazing photo spot where we got to see an amazing valley! Take the time to talk to the people here. They'll give you good information on where to go. Their bikes are first rate! We never had an issue!! Also, your helmet is included in the rental! Protip: all bikes must be in by 1800. They have an all day rental but make sure you have enough hours to make it worth it! Otherwise, just take the 4 hour rental and add hours to it! Highly recommend!!

This was one of the highlights from our trip. The bikes were great! (pedal assist only, no throttle) The guys that worked there were super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were also reasonable. As for the route we took, we rode the Lauterbrunnen trail south to to Stechelberg and caught the cable car up to Murren (1 cable car change at Gimmelwd). We then rode north through Murren to Winteregg to a downhill trail which leads back down to Lauterbrunnen. Made for an adventurous day filled with picturesque views the whole ride!!!! This route in my opinion is a MUST!!

Super friendly staff! We rented 2 e-bikes for two hours and it was the perfect amount of time to be able to go all around the town and still have time to stop and enjoy a little picnic. Staff is funny a bit of a smart ass, but in a good way.

One of the best experiences on our trip around Switzerland! We rented e-bikes and road up hill, across the top, and then back down on the far side of the valley back to rental shop. The equipment was fantastic. The staff were very knowledgeable with directions and how to use the bikes. Even though it was our first time on e-bikes, the equipment was very easy to use. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the bike ride. We stopped for beers and lunch at several spots across the top. I’ve already recommended this shops to several friend and family!
