I can recommend the company without reservation. After the incident, they have continued to improve and taken their work to a new level. I cannot understand the negative comments and disinformation spread by some. Investigations have shown that this was a mistake by a federal employee and not a shortcoming of the company. In my experience, this is a trustworthy company that has been working successfully and closely with the government for years. Do they use Facebook, X, or Adobe, even though they were also hacked? Yes, because they trust that companies learn from their mistakes and improve their security measures. If the government trusts this company, there are good reasons for us as customers to trust them as well. According to my information, no sensitive customer data was stolen or servers locked during the incident, as was the case with hospitals or other companies in 2023 (Concevis). This speaks to the company's high level of IT security. Only a file containing the names of hooligans was stolen, which a federal employee had sent unencrypted – an error that cannot be attributed to the company.
Krass, that's what this company still has. "Violations of the law The Federal Data Protection Commissioner (FDPIC) had launched three investigations, in which he found violations of the law, he stated in a separate press release. The necessary data protection measures were not taken when personal data from the Confederation was transferred by fedpol and from the FOFD to Xplain. This data was then retained by Xplain in violation of data protection and, in part, in breach of contractual obligations." awp Media Report, May 1, 2024
A dubious company, it's been hacked multiple times, and sensitive data has been published on the dark web. Absolutely not recommended!
Not recommended. Zero understanding of security. Jira was never updated. They were hacked!
Very safe
