Top Service, good price
I stopped by Jossi's place at Hope1000.ch, desperately needing a new tire. He dropped everything and took care of my Scott Spark 10. He had the right tire ready, and even brake pads for the 10-year-old brakes in stock. Excellent service, and it cost next to nothing.
Thank you very much for your spontaneous help with my luggage rack system. We were passing through from Bern to Lucerne. When I asked if anyone had a moment to spare, the mechanic replied, "I'll take the time." Absolutely top-notch service, plus he only wanted a little money for the materials. Abysmal service! I don't usually say or rate anyone like this. BUT anyone who so reluctantly responds to a request with the answer "I don't have it" and considers it over and done with hasn't even begun to understand the purpose of service. It's their responsibility to procure the requested parts if possible, not to dismiss them with the curt "I don't have it." Even more serious is the fact that, according to the manufacturer, Jossi is the official authorized repair shop!
