I bought your cheese for the first time today in a Bio Company in Berlin, thinking ‘should I risk it or not’ as I had vegan cheeses before that weren’t good at all. Now i am super excited about it as the ‘soft white’ tastes very much like the cheese I remember eating in my childhood. haven’t had this flavour in quite a while and will happily buy it again! It is also very well balanced in macronutrients, protein vs fats and not too much salt!! I love when a product is well thought out and reflects the passion and ideals of the company all around. Thank you very much for your efforts! Can’t wait to try your other products :P
This stuff is incredibly good -- I have been vegan 8 years, spent time in the US and around -- never have I found a product that is so good but also relatively healthy, especially compared to many other plant-based cheese alternatives!
Horrible - it tastes rather like a very thick potato soup or mashed potatoes than raclette. Doesn't resemble Swiss raclette cheese at all.
As an aspiring vegan, these cheeses are amazing. The entire product line is delicious.
As a non-cheese lover, this vegan one is delicious.
