Great customer service, very transparent about pricing and fast. Picked up after a puncture on a Sunday. Kept me informed about progress proactively by calling me. New alloy wheel ordered and fitted within 24 hours! A small example of the service: When I went to pick my car up, the original tow truck driver recognised me and asked if everything was ok with the repair. Another employee passing by saw me moving lots of kid's stuff from the replacement car they gave me (at very reasonable rates, only 40 CHF per day) and offered to help. Highly recommend them, will be using again.
