Andy is the lovely friendly mechanic who fixed my bike after a puncture. He also oiled the chain and adjusted the seat and changed the handles for me. Super quick and convenient and friendly and also a good price for me (I'm a student). Highly recommended!

I called about a problem with the clutch on a TM 125 motorcycle. I was told they didn't have a dealer for that brand and wouldn't touch the part, otherwise we'd keep coming back. Well, their website says, "We repair all brands."

Excellent service and very quick workshop reception and processing. Highly competent, friendly, and flexible. Unforeseen events are addressed and resolved immediately. The managing director, Jürg Obrist, is a very pleasant and calm person with a vast amount of expertise. He is always happy to take the time to explain everything. The prices are very fair. I don't know how some of the negative reviews came about. For example, the team is being criticized for noticing and correcting poor work done by another workshop. I would rather complain to that workshop and not write a negative review about Obrist, but rather express my gratitude. Due to the factory warranty, I was required to take my motorcycle to a specific authorized workshop for servicing to maintain the warranty. What I experienced there was highly questionable and cost me a lot of time and frustration. Now that the warranty has expired, I'm glad to have found such a great workshop. Thank you for the excellent service; I will gladly return.
