Been already couple times in the store, but not once someone came to ask me if i needed any help.
Yesterday I was in your store and was served by the branch manager. The questions were short and to the point, so I opted for the more expensive printer. We installed it with great anticipation. Unfortunately, the printer was extremely slow, which I simply couldn't understand. Today I decided to return the printer to the store and buy a cheaper model that uses cartridges and isn't laser-based. Upon arrival, I was quickly informed that I could return the printer but would only receive 80% of the purchase price, with 20% deducted. I became more assertive and even offered to take another printer with me and receive the remainder as a voucher. I asked the salesperson to discuss this with the branch manager. The answer was the same: since it had only been used briefly once, it was no longer considered new after just one print job, and they couldn't refund me the full amount. Statement from the salesperson: I could otherwise contact customer service and complain; they might be more accommodating, he said. I told the salesperson he could sell this printer as new. Everything was nicely packaged in its original packaging and returned. He said that would be cheating customers. And I'm not a customer? One who doesn't get a full refund? Angry and disappointed, I accepted 80% of the purchase price. Two questions. Why should anyone visit your store again after such a negative experience? Why can't you turn a negative situation into a positive one? So that customers remain your customers in the future? CONCLUSION: I drove 10 minutes away to Media Markt and got the printer I wanted there, along with good advice. It's a shame; this could have been handled at ID Heimberg. Anything but customer-oriented and friendly. Will I still get my 20% back, and would you like to keep me as a customer in the future? Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely,

Interdiscount is an unreliable and incompetent store. When I sent in my laptop for repair a year ago, it disappeared for four months, and Interdiscount Heimberg had no idea where it was. I finally got it back... unrepaired. Two days ago, on Monday, I ordered an SD card at the store. I was told I could pick it up today, Wednesday. This meant to me that the SD card would certainly have arrived at the store and be ready for pickup. But that wasn't the case. I made a huge detour for nothing and once again relied on a store that is unreliable. Furthermore, the employees often use the excuse, "It's not our fault." A store should clearly and honestly state that the SD card might not be there on Wednesday and not mislead customers into believing it will be ready for pickup on Wednesday. My experience with Interdiscount Heimberg has been a huge disappointment.
