I don't know what the problem is (it could be the drivers' driving style, the sensitive pedals, or a poor suspension system on the buses). But every time I have to ride on one of the buses for more than five minutes, I feel so nauseous that I'm afraid I'll throw up on the bus.
It's hot outside, even hotter on the bus... sometimes the heating is on when it's 38 degrees outside. I travel a lot, and for me, this is one of the worst train/bus companies in Switzerland, sorry.
Today I took the bus for the first time in a long while. To be precise, it was the number 51 bus from Langenthal towards Herzogenbuchsee. I noticed that, given the current situation with COVID-19 and ever-increasing ticket prices, the bus was in dire need of a thorough cleaning (see picture). 1 star for arriving safely 2 stars for punctuality This comment is based on my opinion and is intended as a suggestion for improvement.
