Sensational! The products from this meat manufactory are worth every penny. Here, "the sausage" is still what it originally was: a refined meat product, not, as is unfortunately common today, a use of inferior cuts or even slaughterhouse waste. I'm already looking forward to the calf's head, tripe, bratwurst, and lamb ragout, and in the fall, definitely the venison. Top quality. Highly recommended.
