Our experience with this company was satisfactory in terms of the work itself, but incredibly expensive. Hanging a lamp was billed at 7.5 hours. We, as laypeople, hung the same lamp in one hour. My recommendation: absolutely request a binding quote and a counter-offer. We will not be using this company again.
