Today we went to TJM Switzerland for help because our TJM compressor had stopped working. The staff were incredibly helpful and immediately dropped everything to assist us. Employee Ismael quickly found the problem and expertly fixed it. It turned out to be a ripped-out cable – my fault, of course – but given TJM's quality, I would have been surprised if anything had broken on its own. Afterwards, Ismael even offered to vacuum our car. Meanwhile, Beat explained all the products to us and sold us the ones we needed, so we can soon start our adventure. We were thrilled with how friendly everyone was and how quickly and easily we received help, all at a fair price! Thank you so much for the prompt assistance, dear team at TJM Switzerland.
