Mr. Holzer is a liar! I've bought large quantities of meat and bones from him several times. Even with my last order, I was promised fresh meat. When I picked it up, I explicitly asked again whether the meat was fresh – and Mr. Holzer confirmed this again. In fact, the meat was already frozen. So he outright lied to me. I gave him a chance several times, but every time it was the same: He stares you in the face and lies. Frozen meat can also be found much cheaper elsewhere.

Absolutely outrageous! We specifically asked if the meat was fresh and ordered extra-large portions after the butcher assured us it was. At home, we realized the meat was anything but fresh. This wasn't the first time he's done this. We'd ordered meat from him before, and he lied then too, claiming it was fresh. He's deliberately lying! This kind of behavior isn't just unprofessional, it's downright disrespectful to his customers. Anyone who deceives their customers doesn't deserve our trust, in my opinion. Never again!
