Unfortunately, I can't share the positive experiences. After taking a waxed jacket to the dry cleaners, I received a cotton jacket back. That's when the fiasco began, culminating in them blaming me. I was then expected to pay for the waxing myself, even though that would likely have been an insurance claim. A real shame. I can't recommend them.
