Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with UREX AG. Tax documents were submitted far too late, causing a great deal of stress, and feedback was unreliable or unfriendly. I find the disrespectful tone evident in the company's Google responses particularly concerning, including mocking comments about clients' names and origins. Such behavior demonstrates a lack of care and a general lack of professionalism, even with sensitive data. I strongly advise you to seek out a different, reputable tax advisor. - It's sad that you, as a service provider, react to legitimate criticism in this way. Instead of taking responsibility, you prefer to insult your clients. But hey, that's precisely why we're here to leave reviews, because you simply can't do any better. And don't worry, if I showed my face, you'd lose your license for your careless practices.

The managing director has repeatedly attracted attention with comments on the right-wing spectrum. For example, he called the International Court of Justice "political garbage" that should be abandoned. I cannot and will not establish a business relationship with someone like that.

The CEO has no problem publicly (on Facebook) making homophobic remarks. Then he shouldn't have a problem with this being associated with the company. A company and CEO the world doesn't need. Edit: Homophobia has NOTHING to do with freedom of speech. With his comment, the CEO is merely highlighting his fascist tendencies. Embarrassing.
