I had a bad experience. My account manager was always friendly and helpful until the advisor was assigned to a different region. After that, they didn't keep their promises or return calls. Just yesterday, I discovered that our motorcycle insurance policies don't include breakdown cover at all, and we're locked into them until 2026. Since we trusted Basler Insurance and thought we were in good hands, we didn't notice this. We'll try to cancel all our policies and avoid making the same mistakes again.
Excellent insurance. We have our home contents insurance and two vehicle insurance policies with them. Great offers for insurance discounts on motor vehicles (driver safety training). I am extremely satisfied with my advisor, Konrad Lörtscher.
