Exceptional service and rich choice of brands and models, including some rare discountinued ones! Just last Friday I picked up my new JLC Reverso - stunning model with the specifications close to the original model (40x24.4). Was looking for it specifically and found over Google search at Blaeuer. Never heard of it but decided to try and ask; wrote an email in English (my German is not that level so I didn’t want to embarrass people with language skills) and waited. Honestly didn’t expect much as sometime you might not get a reply at all or would get it in German. But here got really fast response from the owner himself, great command level of English and super smooth communication over e-mail to arrange everything. Patrick is really great to deal with, answering promptly to all the questions you might have and offering various solutions. Was offered complimentary shipping but decided to come by myself to enjoy the stunning views of THUN castle and look the store myself. It is located in the very heart of Thun, convenient parking near castle or in a bigger parking building, wonderful pedestrian only street where you can enjoy strolling. Already at around 10 am two visitors there; very friendly personnel; Tamara who I also had a chance to exchange mails with recognized me when I introduced myself , took me to the brand zones decorated up to the highest brand standards. While she was bringing the reserved watch I was wandering around and looking at the store selection: lots of models, including those you don’t see on the website and those that you can’t find can be ordered to the store. Tamara helped me adjust the strap, gave some useful tips regarding watch maintenance and care; registered the watch and activated the extended warranty, while I was trying some other models so I’m sure I’ll get my next one from there too (I know which already). What else: various payment methods including 0% finance; if come by car you can get a parking coin - it’s a small thing but tells you a lot about good customer care cause I was offered w/o asking myself. Re-reading and feeling that I’m a bot;) but great service and customer care is not something you see very often. Would definitely recommend to the locals and tourists, and all those supporting independent ADs and family businesses. And of course a huge THANK YOU to Patrick and Tamara!!!

Co-owner and trained watchmaker Patrick Aeschbacher offered me his personal demonstration model at a fair price. The store makes a very good impression, which is further enhanced by the friendly staff. An in-house workshop completes the positive image. We were looking for wedding rings and booked an appointment at Bijouterie Bläuer. They have a beautiful selection of rings. The service was friendly and professional. We also liked the option of having a heart engraved in the ring using our fingerprints. This week we were able to pick up our wedding rings, and the staff made the pickup a special occasion; they were all very welcoming. They took a commemorative photo and gave us a bottle of champagne. We would wholeheartedly recommend them. Also, the engagement ring was initially too small, but it was easily exchanged for a larger size. Thank you.
