If you have any self-respect, don’t use this company’s services. They certainly won’t show any for you. I understand that mistakes happen — but with other companies, you’ll usually find support and a prompt resolution. Sadly, that’s not the case here.
Not only did i not receive my package, I was also asked to pay for it, and furthermore to contest it i had to create a lot of bullshit accounts because they dont know how to make a simple website. Trash company
PERMANENTLY CLOSED! Just drove here yesterday, reported it to Google. They are reviewing my report. Do not waste your time... it doesn't exist!
Worst delivery service in Switzerland
Very poor service! I've been waiting for my expensive package for over a month, and the "delivery service" still hasn't delivered it. When I inquired, I was told the package was either lost or they couldn't find it. This is absolutely unacceptable! No one takes responsibility, and customers are simply told to keep waiting, with no guarantees. I will never use their service again and can't recommend it to anyone!
I ordered a package in Germany, received the invoice by mail, and paid it. A few days later, I received a second invoice, this time for a printed invoice fee. Contacting UPS was extremely difficult; they forced me to create a UPS billing account. Only through this online portal can I switch to receiving invoices by email. I never wanted a UPS account! Absolutely outrageous!
