Dexcom always replies on emails same day. I never had troubles with orders these 3 years. Once I needed a replacement and I spoke to support who also has diabetes. Their team is awesome.

I switched to the G7 sensor at the beginning of December 2025 and contacted Dexcom customer service in Horw about it. The experience was excellent – I received all the information I needed in no time and felt I was treated with friendliness, expertise, and respect. Thank you! I've been wearing the product for a month now and am completely satisfied. The sensor reliably delivers data and communicates flawlessly with my insulin pump.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service wasn't very good. I also had to switch from Freestyle to Dexcom 7. In 2025, I got a new endocrinologist, a new long-term prescription, and in January I received a delivery with a new receiver, even though I already had one receiver and enough sensors for the whole of January. Customer service said my endocrinologist had arranged it that way...? Further correspondence was useless; that's just how it is now, was the response. The patient still has to pay! As someone else already mentioned, it's important to avoid automatic ordering (cancel in writing). So, after over 15 years with type 1 diabetes, I wish you all the best, and above all, good health.
I've lived in the Apple ecosystem for over 40 years. So, my world collapsed when, at the end of September 2025, I realized my long-standing glucose monitoring system hadn't made the leap to Apple's new system. Thankfully, I did some smart research and discovered the Dexcom G7. A whole new world. Now we're working in harmony again. Me, my iPhone 17, and my Apple Watch. I'm incredibly happy. Switching from Libre 3 to Dexcom G7 was definitely worth it! While the battery life is shorter, the G7 is much more reliable. And there are almost no dropouts in the readings. Another remarkable feature is that the reader and the app on my phone can be used simultaneously. Completely satisfied!!
