The quote was delivered quickly and was clear and easy to understand. Surprisingly, after we declined, we received an invoice for its creation. It was never mentioned that sending a simple PDF would incur costs. Had we known this, we wouldn't have requested a PDF, as it was only an initial quote request. This is a shame and disappointing. I contacted the printing company by phone and gave them the same feedback as I've given here.
