Absolutely horrible. Poor communication throughout the process, installation in bits and pieces, long gaps between the bits of work, and they refuse to communicate at all in order to complete the refund process with Pronovo. All phone numbers inactive... seems like they're going out of business from other reviews, but if you do see them anywhere, avoid using their service like the plague.
Worst ever, money lost and gone into bankruptcy. Do not trust the owners..
The construction of the solar system by Akkula took almost a year, including legal fees. Delivery problems were probably the most honest explanation – everything else was a tangle of half-truths. We've been trying to contact the company since January 2024 because a form is still unsigned – it's been a complete stumbling block. They refuse to respond by email, text message, phone, or contact form. Zero stars is too generous.
Top-notch advice, installation, and service for our photovoltaic system! Professional work, the system produces electricity, we received our funding, and Akkula GmbH took care of everything. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer than expected due to the coronavirus, but we are very satisfied with the quality. Thank you!
