Was denied boarding in Edinburgh, I personally unsuccessfully made a claim to Swiss. After handing the case to cancelled.ch they professionally managed the communication with Swiss refusing to back down to their refusals to compensate. The case concluded with full reimbursement of expenses and compensation. Process took 3 months, I highly recommend cancelled.ch for their professional service!
Very quick , problem free registration. Problem was with Swiss flight from Warsaw to Zurich. Swiss Authorities directed the case to Polish authorities, Polish ombutsman dropped the case in 2-3 weeks because Airline did not answer (they are not obliged to). Cancelled.ch / Anemis GmBh solved my case in 2-3 months. I am very pleased.
Highly recommended – reliable and very pleasant to deal with ! We got our 600chf for an overbooked flight back. We had problems with Lufthansa (condor) and Swiss. Our flight arrived late and we missed the connection. They rebooked us on another flight which already had a waiting list of 30 people and was completely full. We were made to wait for 5 hours, until 10 p.m., with two small children, only to be told we couldn’t board. They said the flights were all fully booked and that we would have to wait until the following evening to return. At the service desk we were told that we could spend the night in Frankfurt, where the issue had occurred, and then travel on to Zurich by train to reach our destination sooner, with all costs supposedly covered by Condor. However, when we requested reimbursement, they claimed we had not boarded the flight we were originally scheduled on. We were never given boarding passes, and they said they would not pay. After six months of back and forth, we contacted cancelled.ch, who quickly helped us. We sent them the documents and, after a few months, we finally received reimbursement for the costs.
I am fully satisfied by the service received. After 2 years Anemis was able to get me the refund!!! They are great! Thanks a lot

Great service, they made the airline pay us the compensation of 2x400 EUR. Our Edelweiss Air flight was delayed by more than 4 hours because of a technical problem with the original airplane. The airline did not want to pay the mandatory compensation (as per EU Air Passengers Rights Regulation 2004 (Regulation (EC) 261/2004)); they claimed that as it was a technical defect, they consider it to be 'extraordinary circumstance', thus they won't pay. However, I don't think that lack of sufficient maintenance is considered extraordinary by the law. The flight happened on 15.12.2022, I opened the cancelled.com case on May 18, 2023, and I received the money on 17.03.2025
