I was a tenant with her for a full six months and can only confirm Peter Pan's statement. Dealing with her was extremely difficult because she was very unprofessional. After just three months, we were only communicating with her through our lawyers. It was truly a huge ordeal. And that's a very conservative assessment.
ATTENTION!!!!! Worst landlady ever!!! Don't believe a word she says and only communicate with her via registered mail. Document every little thing with photos and write everything down!! Join the tenants' association if you're already a tenant; it will be worth it!!! What she does best is LYING and making up stories!!!!!! She doesn't even deserve one star!!!!
