I was privileged to attend a course with external instructors (Röhm Animal Science Institute) at the Gumpisberg Icelandic Horse Farm. We received a warm welcome, were treated to a wonderful meal (even for me, a vegan, the food was delicious, which is far from a given), and were able to use some of the farm's own well-groomed and friendly Icelandic horses as models. Many thanks to Sabine and Hermann Riedel!
