I visited the K-Kiosk today with my 75-year-old mother, who needed a magnifier. While she was trying to pay with cash, she politely asked the cashier if it was okay to use cash. The cashier completely ignored her. I repeated the question, and she finally said “no,” but with a very angry attitude. I tried to ease the tension by kindly asking if she was having a bad day, but she didn’t respond at all. The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This was a very unpleasant experience and made our travel day worse. Someone with such an attitude should not be working in customer service, where respect and communication are essential.
Poor service! Visited around 14:30 today — the staff member was smoking at the entrance. After waiting a few minutes, I asked if I could make a payment, but she responded with a bad attitude and kept saying strange things.
I met the best customer service person at the store, Very accessible location with most handy stuff available at the store.
was here to get a bottle of Coke. Over priced. go to Coop that is just 20 meters away.

Be careful to shop here. Their clerks made dirty tricks on me. They scanned the same item twice. After I made the payment, I asked for the receipt, but they claimed that they could not understand English and refused to provide the receipt.
