Thank you to “On and Etsuko” for give us the best customer service. They were so sweet and patient. If you are in Interlaken and want the great shopping experience please come and see them, love that she help us with the tax refund on the spot.
Excellent Service by Natasha – Metropole Gallery, Interlaken Natasha was incredibly helpful and kind during my purchase of a Longchamp bag. She was patient, professional, and made the experience enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for the wonderful service!
Excellent store to buy a Tissot watch. I walked in and the man let me try on the watch I had my eyes on. I said I would come back later after deciding on whether to buy a Seiko instead and he still honored the 20% discount. This price is better than another shop down the street which sells Tissot as well. The other shop woman will give you a funny look if you ask for 20% off and say “well I guess you have to buy it over there then” and that’s exactly what I did! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They removed several links for me and explained how the tax free purchase works as well as how the watch works. The Tissot box is also very nice and comes with an interesting book on the company history.
Had a wonderful experience with Natasha! She helped me pick my first Tissot! Perfect birthday purchase! Natasha was amazing!
There are about 7 shops of the same name, we visited the shop nearer to Interlaken West station. Was served by both ladies who are very well verse with their products. And able to provide the best deal, they can offer. Keep up the good work, and is not easy working oversea.
My friend and I purchased watches from this store when we were visiting Interlaken and the staff were friendly but maybe a bit confused because we bought our items in individual transactions, yet they were happy to apply the tax discount since we were foreigners. They pre-filled our duty free forms (which was encouraged and we had to pay a fee for this service) and they charged us the tax-free rate for our watches on the day. Allegedly, all we had to do was drop off the completed form at the airport - which we did when we left Switzerland. However after arriving back in our country this month, the store has charged the tax amount separately to our cards so we emailed them to enquire why and they said they had received the form back from customs without the required stamp. We were very confused because we had not only paid extra for their pre-filled form (so it should be correct) and followed their instructions to drop off at the airport, yet have still been charged the tax amount. We don’t think this is fair at all but can’t do much since the customer service team’s only suggestion is to fill out a new form and go to our consulate to get it stamped and then posted to their shop in Switzerland. This is a lot of work since we don’t live near the consulate at all. If you want to buy a watch from this store, we recommend you AVOID paying for their pre-filled form and instead go through the normal process to claim back your tax at the airport.
