We did the crime trail in Bern as a family and had a wonderful time together. Everything went perfectly. We'll be doing another crime trail soon.

The three trails I've done so far have ranged from very good to mediocre. Detective Badger's puzzles are easy for children to solve. The crime puzzle isn't as tricky as other providers. The most tedious thing is the support. If you write a review after a trail, you get a discount code for the next trail. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. I felt like the support didn't take me seriously, and they dismissed the technical problem. I had to stay on the line for several days. The company didn't apologize for the disruption and didn't offer any concessions other than sending me a puzzle book. I would have at least hoped for a sincere apology for the effort I've put in. It's a shame to leave such a bad taste in my mouth after a trail. I think the price-performance ratio is poor unless you have a code and only do the trail with two people. I'll consider other providers in the future who are only slightly more expensive but offer more.

The "Find the Code" scavenger hunt by MyCityHighlight offered an interesting way to discover new places in Spiez. Although the communication was sometimes unclear, for example, with the instruction to use all hotel names when only four out of six were requested, we appreciated the opportunity to explore hidden corners that we might otherwise have missed. The allotted time of 2.5 hours was impossible to complete.
