Super
I ordered a coffee machine online for in-store pickup, which went quite smoothly. At home, I discovered that the included power cord had a Schuko plug. The customer service department I contacted acknowledged the issue and stated that a correct cable would be sent. Five days later, still no cable, and I repeatedly contacted customer service by phone and email. Emails go unanswered, and customer service is lied to and offers the standard excuses. After more than a week and a half, the cable finally arrived. No apology, no understanding, and, with one exception, generally unfriendly – customer service is a complete disaster. In the future, I'll probably shop with the competition again.
This is my first time using this company, and it will also be my last. They promised delivery within a few days, but they didn't meet that deadline. I then received a notice of a delay in the delivery date, and the goods didn't arrive this time either. And it's not like I spent a fortune... Absolutely not recommended; look elsewhere. Then you wonder why Swiss people are increasingly turning to foreign companies for their purchases... Interdiscount completely failed!
We ordered and paid for two Garmin Edge 1030 devices from ID online. Unfortunately, the delivery has been repeatedly delayed. I wasn't proactively informed about the delays. We still haven't received the devices and have been asked for patience. The online service responded after a few days each time. Hopefully, the delivery will arrive soon.
I ordered a Hue lamp from the online shop. The delivery date was repeatedly pushed back over several months. Furthermore, I received a monthly payment request from Interdiscount's delivery service provider for a product that hadn't even been delivered yet. Apparently, there's no communication between the companies... This tactic of feigning unrealistic delivery dates is also used by Microspot within the Coop group. Simply unethical...
The package was delivered and stolen within 20 minutes. Interdiscount was completely uncooperative. The DPD courier didn't ring the doorbell and had no option to request a signature. A complete and utter mess.
