Good morning I rented a car through SimpCar for an extended period. The entire process and the communication with the employees regarding service or tire changes were always excellent. It's also worth noting that SimpCar's prices are ideal and not overpriced. Returning the car didn't incur any surprisingly high costs either. We heard about the new option of renting a car for an extended period and were curious to try it out, as we didn't own a car at the time. Automobile-Wohlensee was recommended to me by our insurance agent. My initial contact with Mr. Ismajli from Automobile-Wohlensee was very professional. Mr. Ismajli was very friendly and offered me several options for the rental car subscription. They are very customer-oriented, offer high-quality service, and are always ready to help! After a few months, my car rental subscription was transferred to SimpCar AG. I was a little nervous, but the service quality was also excellent. Very easy to process, honest and friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Plus, great service: I put a screw in my tire on Saturday evening, and the employee called right away on Sunday morning. I'd be happy to come back!
